As a Sleep Expert, you know that Americans spend one third of their lives in bed, but as a nation, we still aren’t getting enough sleep. More people than ever before report feeling tired on a regular basis. This chronic sleep deprivation is causing extreme lack of rest – making it a public issues for all.
Sleep Authority is on a mission to raise awareness and provide solutions to this issue of public health. That’s why we’ve already partnered with some of the leading sleep experts to provide resources for our community that is seeking to sleep better, and live happier. We aim to empower our community to live their best, healthiest, and happiest lives – starting with resting well.
We are seeking contributors such as yourself to help us take a balanced approach to the various ways in which sleep effects our health and wellness. Topics can include how sleep can effect work performance, personal fitness, mind-body relationship, partnerships, relationships, and raising a family.
