The table enlisted all the DreamCloud vs Saatva mattresses features. Following are the elaborated points that should be considered before buying the mattress.

DreamCloud vs Saatva : Mattress Construction

When looking closely at the DreamCloud vs Saatva mattresses comparison table, they are quite different, even though both are memory foam hybrid mattresses.

Material and Layers:

The DreamCloud luxury hybrid mattress comprises 7 supportive and contouring layers. The cashmere blend cover, soft foam stitched to the top quilt, and cooling gel memory foam provide pressure relief, while the individually pocketed coils provide excellent edge support and increased airflow with minimal motion transfer. The Saatva Classic hybrid mattress comprises 5 layers. The breathable cotton cover and memory foam provide pressure relief, while the pocketed coil with dual coil provides less motion transfer and increased airflow.

Firmness:

The DreamCloud mattress is 6.5 on the firmness scale, which falls under the medium-firm firmness category. Medium-firm mattresses are just right for cushioning delicate joints and supporting every curve of the body. Meanwhile, the Saatva mattress is 5-7 on the firmness scale, which, even though it falls under the category of medium to medium-firm on the firmness level, 7 might be a little too firm and 5 might be a little too soft.

Thickness:

The DreamCloud mattress has 14 inches of height, whereas the Saatva mattress offers options between 11.5 inches of height profile and 14.5 inches. Regardless, thicker mattresses last longer compared to the thinner mattress, as well as provide more cushioning and support to the sleeper.

DreamCloud vs Saatva: Buyers Reviews

Let us take a look at what the customers have to say about DreamCloud vs Saatva mattresses.

DreamCloud mattress reviews:

Verified review

“We went on a couple of trips and slept on hotel mattresses. I was waking up pain free for the first time in weeks. The saying is, I can’t wait to get home to my own bed. That wasn’t the case until I got our DreamCloud Premier. Now I sleep comfortably and wake up pain free.”

“We bought mattress solely based on online reviews and had high expectations. Those expectations were wayyy exceeded and I was blown away how great the mattress was! It’s soft but firm and supportive and i finally dont wake up warm in the middle of the night. I knew my old mattress wasn’t great for my back but after a month on the dreamcloud, I have less back pain than I have had in years. I recommend it to everyone now.”

Saatva mattress reviews:

Verified review

“We purchased king size luxury firm 3 years ago and at first thought it was great. We slowly realized we were waking with back pain more and more often..Both sides have dips and a ridge down the middle is visible even when the bed is made. We are small, I’m 5’3″ 115, and husband is 5′ 8″ 170. Very disappointed after reading so many positive reviews. Bed reviews should be written after a few years of use.”

“I did a lot of research to find a soft, plush mattress. Saatva was always listed as one of the best and probably the softest option out there. Maybe my idea of soft and that of the reviewers and of Saatva are different but this mattress is definitely not soft. It’s harder than the Sealy mattress we hoped to replace with the Saatva. I’m sending it back and keeping the Sealy”

“The first mattress delivered was defective. Apparently stitching had pulled out leaving holes in the edge of the mattress. The delivery service tracked in dirt & debris & we had to clean our carpet as a result. The replacement mattress was delivered today in good condition. The delivery service was terrible. They dropped the plastic-covered mattress outside on the wet, dirty sidewalk, then carried it upstairs smearing muddy water all over our walls.”
