The delivery service tracked in dirt & debris & we had to clean our carpet as a result. The replacement mattress was delivered today in good condition. The delivery service was terrible. They dropped the plastic-covered mattress outside on the wet, dirty sidewalk, then carried it upstairs smearing muddy water all over our walls.”
