Here’s what some of the customers of Siena and Puffy mattresses have to say about them.

Siena Mattress Reviews:

Did this eliminate my back pain? No, but it did alleviate a good bit of it, so much so that I actually was shocked about how much my previous bed must have contributed to my most consistent and severe pain. I sort of wish it were a little more firm – not for comfort, but because I bet it would help even more – but I am very very VERY happy with the marriage of comfort and support here. This is my first all-foam mattress and I don’t think I will ever return again to anything with springs.

Bed set up and expanded quickly and within a few hours it was as plush as it needed to be. I slept on it the first night and didn’t really feel like the unpacking smell was still present but maybe a small amount. It’s been over 5 months now and it is still extremely comfortable and helps my back so much. My only fear is that it will flatten or lose density quickly, so if that does happen I will return to this review to update it. For now, I highly recommend this bed to everyone who is looking for something with good support that is still plush and cozy to fall into at the end of the day.”

I was skeptical as to if purchasing a mattress at this price would turn out to be a bad decision. Now it has been a few months and the mattress is still firm and comfortable. I added a pillow topper to do it increase the softness and my body just melts into it while still having the firm support my back needs. I would definitely recommend.”

Very inexpensive yet comfortable and durable California king mattress! I am very happy with it! It is a bed in a box. It went as big as it should be in about 12 hours. 10” thickness for real!! No more back pain finally. I am happy with it. I would get the sheets that are deep pocketed just to make sure they stay on. It doesn’t keep me any cooler or warmer than any other mattress I’ve ever had. I would recommend it.”

Wasted 1500 dollars.I never had back pain in my life until I slept on puffy lux. After 3 months I was sinking into the mattress and had to flip it around. I weigh 181 and would say this is the worst and most expensive mattress I have ever owned. Stay away from this mattress. All the great reviews are probably from the company. Before buying a mattress go to a store and lay on them first.”

Ordered a mattress from Puffy Lux after doing research. Two days after placing the order we got an email saying that there was some discrepancy with our information and we would have to send a picture id through email or cancel our existing order and use PayPal. After calls and emails we couldn’t get an answer as to what the discrepancy was or a way to securely provide the the information they were requesting. They cancelled the order. So after a week we are out a mattress with no real answer as to what the issue was. I would never provide any kind of personal information through email. This seems very sketchy and I won’t be doing business with them again.”

We have the puffy queen size mattress for 2, going on 3 years and I can’t stand it.. I’m a side sleeper and this mattress hurts my hips and lower back so much, I’m constantly having to adjust my position and it bows in the center so I just roll right into my husband every night and have to wake up and move myself back to my side. Wish we picked a different brand..”
